Program Facilitators are empathetic listeners that help provide a safe environment where grieving children can express themselves through peer support groups, miniature horse interactions and therapeutic play.
No experience is necessary, just a caring heart! Training is provided to give Program Facilitators the tools necessary to facilitate a child's grief journey. After completing a minimum of 6 horse skills trainings on Sundays from 8-10am and an intensive 15 hour training, Facilitators will co-lead peer support groups which meets twice a month for 3 hours each.
