Help in areas of filing, data entry, reminder calls, copying and more. Flexible hours and days.
Currently we are looking for volunteers to help Donor Scheduling w/Reminder Calls. Donors already have an appointment to donate. Reminder Callers are needed to assist this department. This frees up the Schedulers to work on filling appointment times. Best times for this Volunteer position are 2 - 4 or 3 - 5 p.m., Monday thru Thursday, or Friday 10 - Noon.

Description
The Blood Center is a volunteer-based organization that involves volunteer blood donors, a voluntary board of trustees, and community volunteers. Volunteers provide a much needed and valued service to our donors, patients and staff. We serve over 115 hospitals in 4 states and utilize volunteers from many areas to assist in our operations. Headquarters for the organization, as well as component processing, is located in Davenport, Iowa.
