Chaparral House, a small non-profit nursing home located in central Berkeley is looking for someone to assist activities staff with our weekly Bingo game on Fridays 3:15 pm-4:45 pm.
It involves helping set up for the activity, assisting some residents in keeping track of their bingo cards and, taking down card tables afterwards. If you are someone with a big personality who could bring some fun to the game, we could train you to call the games as well. Experience with playing bingo and working with elders is a plus.
All Volunteers at Chaparral House must provide proof of COVID vaccination and booster and wear masks while volunteering.
