Animal Adoption League
We are the Animal Adoption League - an animal rescue and adoption organization operating in the greater Charlotte metro area.
Volunteers are our lifelines and we always need help. There are a variety of volunteer opportunities available. Some opportunities include:
Fostering - since we do not operate a shelter, foster homes are the key to being able to rescue and place more animals
- Transporting animals, such as to vet appointments, foster care, partner rescue groups, etc.
- Assisting at adoption events
- Socializing animals
- Planning events
- PR - such as increasing awareness for our group and of our adoptable animals
- Administrative tasks, such as taking pictures of animals, responding to emails/phone calls, stuffing envelopes, writing thank you cards, drafting/proof-reading newsletter articles, etc. The opportunities here are endless!
No additional volunteer opportunities at this time.
