Our caring and diligent hospice staff is available 24/7 to our patients and caregivers, but we are establishing a Tuck-in Program to assure that patients and families have the supplies that they need on hand as the weekend approaches.
Each Thursday a volunteer calls our hospice families to assure supplies and medicines are on hand before the weekend and to check on the general status of the patient and family and provide support. A report is made to the clinical staff who will make sure patients request and needs are taken care of.
Come make a difference by being a Tuck Volunteer!
1st training will be September 9th.
