- Perform general clerical duties such as answering phones, word processing, filing and photocopying.
- Assist with the recruiting process (updating the resume database, coordinating interviews, initial phone screening, reference checking)
- Maintain HR bulletin boards (including posting birthdays/anniversaries, job descriptions, monthly employee newsletter)
- Update and maintain employment binders
- Assist with employee recognition events as needed.
- Assist with new hire paperwork
Openings are for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday mornings 9am - 12 Noon or Monday, Tuesday or Thursday afternoons from 12pm - 4pm.
