The May Day Parade held every year for 130 years acts as the biggest fundraiser for the Agency. Every year we need more volunteers and we welcome everyone.
Parade Volunteer Responsibilities may include:
- Serve as runners and/or guides
- Lot Attendant
- Parade Participant Banner Holder
- Reviewing Stand Attendant
- Serve as Parade Marshal
- Serve as history gatherer, videographer, sign-in representative, interviewer and/or floaters
- Booth Runner
- Placing No Parking Sign (Sat., May 19th)
- Setup & Breakdown
Parade Floater Volunteers Responsibilities:
- Pass out and post flyers and posters throughout the St. Louis area
- Serve as an audience participant, wearing May Day paraphernilia on behalf of the Annie Malone Children and Family Service Center.

Description
Annie Malone Children & Family Service Center is a not-for-profit community-based organization serving the St. Louis community for over 125 years. We provided services to families in Crisis, Juvenile Respite & Emergency Placements, Transitional Living & Independent Living Program, Emerson Therapeutic School, and Parenting Education. We strive each day to improve the quality of life for children, youth, families, and the community by providing these necessary social services, educational programs, and advocacy.
