*This role is active during this time due to it being primarily virtual support*
This program is currently not running, but we are accepting drivers for our waiting list when our transportation program starts up again.
The Reach to Recovery program provides information and support to anyone facing breast cancer through one-on-one contacts with American Cancer Society volunteers.
Reach to Recovery volunteers are breast cancer survivors who serve as role models-people who have not only survived breast cancer, but continue to live productive lives.
The Reach To Recovery program has been helping people with breast cancer for over 35 years!
Volunteers are trained to provide up to date information and support to women, or men, who have been diagnosed with breast cancer or who may be facing a diagnosis.
Volunteers meet via telephone, virtual platforms and in some situations face-face.
