With your very first meal delivery, you will know that you are appreciated. You will not only help homebound friends and neighbors to remain living independently in their homes by delivering a nutritious, noon meal to their door, you will also provide a potentially life-saving service just by stopping in to see that they are OK.
Pick up hot and cold food items from a preparation site and deliver to an established list of up to 10 individuals. Taking a bit of time to visit makes this opportunity even more rewarding.

Description
RSVP is part of Senior Corps and places individuals 55 and better in service opportunities with nonprofit organizations and health care facilities. Service opportunities are designed to meet the interests, talents and time commitments of both the volunteer and organization. Similar services for volunteers under the age of 55, families and groups are provided through Arrowhead RSVP's companion program, Northland Volunteer Center.
