Assist with filing in medical records department at Fairview Home Care and Hospice. This is a great opportunity to learn about medical records and gain potential job experience while helping others. Our office is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Volunteer work must be done within those hours. Complete a volunteer application on our web site at http://www.fairview.org/hospicevolunteer.

Description
When life expectancy is limited, AccentCare Fairview Hospice staff and volunteers help patients and caregivers focus on improving the quality of their remaining days. Hospice provides medical, emotional, social and spiritual care. We bring these services to the familiar setting of patients' own homes whenever possible. The same kind of care may also be given at a long-term care site, a group home, an assisted living site or a residential hospice.
