The museum is housed in a restored schoolhouse located by an expanse of water. The only thing that could make it more attractive would be better gardens.
We are seeking landscaping and gardening volunteers to maintain foundation plantings, annual, and perennial gardens. Materials will be provided. All you need is a green thumb and a willingness to help.
We are also responsible for the Oak Grove Nature Center, which is located nearby. We need help gardening, mowing lawns, cutting trees, and grooming trails on that fifty-two acre property. Contact us about either location (or both)!
If interested, please fill out an application on our website lutzmuseum.org
