As a suiting volunteer, you are able to help build self-confidence in our clients, the first stepping stone on the road to success. You work one-on-one with a Dress for Success San Antonio or Career Gear San Antonio client to help select the attire that will land the job she or he needs. This position allows you to contribute support and encouragement which will translate into the confidence the client will express in her or his first interview.

After employment, the client returns to Dress for Success or Career Gear San Antonio for additional professional attire to help build a working wardrobe. Our volunteers are able to assist with this process as well. They make sure the client has the items needed to mix and match outfits for the work week.
