Lots of organizations, groups and companies love to build community service into their own special events and conference itineraries. The Salvation Army is a great "service destination" for your group. Although we cannot guarantee placement, we will do our best to schedule a great and rewarding activity that will benefit our programs by saving time and money. We will try to accommodate your group for a variety of special projects doing things like cleaning, painting, organizing, moving and sorting items. Supervision of youth is required and it is helpful if your group has a chaperon.
Here are some of our area programs: donation sorting, community Thanksgiving Dinner, Christmas Bell-Ringing, Christmas Toy Sorting & Distribution, Easter Egg Hunt, Emergency Disaster Relief.

Description
The Salvation Army Cascade Division is a religious non-profit social service organization serving the communities in the State of Oregon and Southern Idaho. Its programs and services are adapted to address dramatic changes in local societal problems and needs. These may include homeless outreach, teen pregnancy, domestic violence, seniors, at-risk youth and emergency/disaster relief.
