ORGANIZATION: The Pittsburgh Project

  • 9 people are interested

As part of our services among isolated, elderly, in-need homeowners, we deploy volunteers to visit one of our vulnerable homeowners regularly, and to offer him or her a listening ear. Through conversation and compassion, Homeowner Care volunteers give attention and companionship and receive the friendship of someone precious in God's sight. Volunteers in this area frequently "pair up" to care for one homeowner together.
