General Description: Follows instructions of Kitchen Manager in the preparation of cold sacks for our clients. Volunteers will be trained in proper safety measures. Primary Responsibilities: Ability to follow detailed procedures, to stand for periods of time, to lift weights up to 35 pounds, to transfer food portions into serving containers, and to accompliish assigned quantity of sacks within allotted time. Requires hand-to-eye coordination between menu and food items. Wash and sanitize work surfaces, restock shelves with food containers for the following day's production, and restock bread in bins.Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 11am shift.
