General Description: Follows instructions of Kitchen Manager in the preparation of cold sacks for our clients and/or plate hot food into containers for our clients. Volunteers will be trained in proper safety measures. Primary Responsibilities: Ability to follow detailed procedures, to stand for periods of time, to lift up to 35 pounds, to transfer food portions into serving containers, and to accomplish assigned quantity of sacks within allotted time. Requires hand-to-eye coordination between menu and food items. Monday - Friday 7:00am - 9:00am (cold production shift) OR 9:00am-10:00am (hot production shift).
