Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) emergency drills. Most drills take place on the last class of an 8-week training course. Volunteer "victims" have injury makeup applied, then are assessed and rescued by CERT students.
Current drills: 12-3:30 p.m.
Specific dates to be determined. You can request to be added to an email notification list for future drills.
Volunteers: Adults of all ages; Teens 15-17 may participate, and must have their own parent or guardian present. A teacher, scout leader, etc., may qualify as a substitute. Volunteers may request to be added to an email list for future drills.

The Community Education division of the fire department provides educational fire safety and injury prevention programs to childen, families and senior citizens, and provides support assistance during fire incidents.
