As a STEM Specialist supporting research projects at the FutureTech Foundation, you will work alongside the research and development director to drive innovation in biotechnology, nanorobotics, Quantum materials engineering and biomedical engineering. Your primary focus will be assisting with the design, execution, and analysis of cutting-edge research that advances FutureTech’s mission to make high-impact science accessible to underserved communities.

Key responsibilities:

Assist the research director and project leads in the design and execution of research projects and experiments on all channels.

Collaborate with the research director and project leads to ensure research and STEM initiatives are cohesive and impactful

Ensure research complies with ethical, safety, and regulatory guidelines

Maintain meticulous records, protocols, and detailed documentation of experiments, results, and processes

Ensure all documentation meets compliance and ethical standards for research

Help create educational materials and tools that communicate research progress or technology applications to project leads

Collect, analyze and organize data from experiments with precision and scientific rigor

Analyze results using appropriate software (Excel, R, Python, etc.) and present findings to the research director and coordinators

Assist project leads and research director in drawing conclusions, refining hypotheses, and proposing follow-up experiments
