HealHear Corporation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to transforming mental health support through innovative AI technology, is seeking a passionate and creative Volunteer Social Media Manager to join our mission. Through our flagship project, Susan, a compassionate AI conversational agent, we are building a world where emotional well-being is accessible, immediate, and free.

Role Overview:

As our Social Media Manager, you will have full creative control and autonomy to shape the voice and presence of HealHear across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter). This is a deeply rewarding opportunity to be on the front lines of a movement to bring empathy and support to people around the world especially in times of crisis.

You’ll help increase awareness, drive traffic to www.healhear.com ( https://www.healhear.com/), grow our audience, and encourage engagement around mental health topics, nonprofit advocacy, and the evolving role of AI in mental health support.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a daily content strategy tailored to each platform (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X).
* Create engaging, shareable posts that highlight Susan, HealHear’s mission, community impact, mental health tips, and behind-the-scenes development.
* Design and schedule visual and video content using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
* Monitor comments, messages, and trends to foster interaction and community engagement.
* Track metrics to improve reach and performance, with the flexibility to test new ideas and formats.
* Collaborate with the founder and other volunteers to amplify campaigns and milestones.

Qualifications:

* Understanding of current social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram Reels.
* Experience in content creation, graphic design, and/or short-form video editing.
* Excellent writing skills with a warm, empathetic tone aligned with our mission.
* Ability to work independently with a proactive and creative mindset.
* Passion for mental health, nonprofit work, or AI technology is a plus.
