Volunteer with Healing Minds Through Design at Paycor Stadium!

Healing Minds Through Design is excited to partner with Paycor Stadium for an amazing fundraising opportunity - and we need YOU to join us!

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help run concession stands during Cincinnati Bengals home games this NFL season. Not only will you get to be part of the game day experience, but your time will help us raise funds to continue supporting mental wellness through design-centered programs and outreach.

Where: Paycor Stadium, Cincinnati, OH

When: Multiple home games - pick the dates that work for you

What You’ll Do: Work at concession stands (training provided)

Our mission is to support mental health and overall well-being by helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with resilience and stability. Our core initiative focuses on transforming living spaces through holistic design. By incorporating greenery, optimizing spatial flow, enhancing safety, and creating inviting social areas, we aim to cultivate environments that promote peace and emotional balance. Beyond design, our outreach efforts include providing clothing, hosting back-to-school giveaways, feeding the homeless and underprivileged, organizing holiday toy drives, and furnishing homes for those in need.

Healing Minds Through Design is a catalyst for positive social change and community empowerment. We are committed to promoting sustainability, strengthening human connections, and fostering mental wellness through creative and compassionate initiatives.

Our mission is to enhance mental health and well-being by helping individuals build resilience and effectively manage everyday challenges.

In addition to design, we are dedicated to giving back. Our outreach programs provide clothing, school supplies, and essential resources to underserved communities. We host back-to-school drives, holiday toy giveaways, and initiatives to feed the homeless and less fortunate . We also help furnish homes for those in need, believing that everyone deserves a beautiful, nurturing space.

Founded in May 2021 by Monica Crawford, a native of Oklahoma City, Healing Minds Through Design where she serves as Founder and Chairwoman. Monica Crawford, our Founder and Chairwoman, stands by the belief that "The greatest purpose in life is to be a blessing to others."
