We Are Beautiful Inc. is a grassroots nonprofit on a mission to champion healing for justice-impacted individuals and families through trauma-informed mental health resources, reentry support, and empowerment.
We are seeking a thoughtful volunteer to help us develop affirming, accessible content for our Support Group Workbook and Reentry Resource Packet, both of which aim to support individuals and families navigating life after incarceration.
In this role, you will:Suggest affirmations, quotes, or coping strategies to include in our materials
Research culturally relevant mental health resources or hotline services
Offer feedback on workbook prompts (tone, clarity, and trauma sensitivity)
Help shape content that is empowering, non-judgmental, and healing-centered
Students in psychology/social work, peer supporters, survivors, or anyone passionate about mental health and second chances. No formal credentials required - lived experience and insight are welcome.

We Are Beautiful Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to supporting individuals and families impacted by the criminal justice system. Our mission is to empower them to develop confidence and prioritize mental health through mentorship, education, and accessible support services.
We create trauma-informed resources like our Reentry Resource Packet and Support Group Workbook to help justice-impacted individuals and their loved ones heal, grow, and thrive. Our work centers dignity, emotional wellness, and second chances - and we welcome volunteers who are passionate about mental health, equity, and reentry support.
