Mission Statement
MISSION: Our mission is to promote as many forms of dance as possible making the 1st Annual Dance Parade Philadelphia, Sunday September 14, 2025. We will feature a united nations of dance with everything from ballet to breakdance. We believe live performance has the potential to awaken a communal human spirit which helps build a more equitable and vibrant society.
Description
After 19 years of presenting NYC's largest dance event, Dance Parade Philadelphia will celebrate the diversity of dance styles and traditions from around the world. The parade features thousands of dancers, musicians, and performers of all ages and backgrounds, who come together to showcase their unique artistry and share their love of dance with the community. The event also includes a festival with performances, workshops, and activities that promote dance education and cultural exchange. Dance Parade NYC embodies the spirit of unity and inclusivity, fostering a sense of connection and joy among participants and spectators alike.
