Come join us to belay for NWABA Athletes. We are looking for climbers & belayers to pair up with our athletes with visual impairments. Belay certification or previous experience is required. No previous blindness experience necessary, we have a registration process that will give insight when working with an athlete.

Description
The Northwest Association for Blind Athletes [NWABA] enriches lives and provides opportunities for children, youth, adults and veterans who are visually impaired. When individuals with visual impairments experience sports and recreation they have more self-confidence and open up to the possibility that they really can pursue their dreams in both sports and life. Our athletes leave behind sedentary isolated lives and they gain skills, confidence and joy.
