Are you detail-oriented and looking for a meaningful way to give back? We’re seeking a dedicated Volunteer Data Entry Support to help us enter data from neighbor survey responses!

Second Harvest Foodbank is committed to gathering feedback from our neighbors experiencing food insecurity by conducting surveys, facilitating focus groups, and other community engagement activities, and using this feedback to drive our work.

What You’ll Do:

• Enter responses from paper surveys onto Microsoft Forms, ensuring all data is transcribed completely and accurately.

What We’re Looking For:

• Organizational, patient, with an eye for detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Forms, preferred.

Commitment:

• Flexible hours, with approximately 5 hours per month, episodic and as needed.
• We ask for at least a 5-month minimum commitment.
• Remote or in-person options available. If remote, there is occasional travel to our administrative office location at 2850 Dairy Drive, Madison, WI 53718.

Requirements:

• 18 years and above.
• Approved Second Harvest volunteer.
• Successfully complete a background check.
• Ability to manage confidentiality.
