Organization: Art of AI
Art of AI is a student-run nonprofit that introduces middle and high schoolers around the world to artificial intelligence. We have already reached hundreds of students in underserved areas across 9 countries in North America, Asia, and Africa.
We’ve led workshops, created accessible AI content, and presented to audiences ranging from high schoolers to PhD researchers. We recently shared our work at the Consortium of African Health Researchers. Our mission is to bring simple and engaging AI education to students who may not otherwise have access.
We’re looking for motivated high school students to help us grow our impact even further. Whether you're interested in education, outreach, tech, or content creation, you can help us teach the next generation how to understand and explore artificial intelligence.
Who Can Volunteer + Available Roles
Volunteers must be high school students. You don’t need prior experience in AI or education-just an interest in helping others and being part of a remote team. If you plan on applying to be part of the Communications Team, we recommend having at least some experience in social media and social media design.
You can apply to join one of these teams:
Communications Team
Create and schedule content for our Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll help promote Art of AI programs, events, and stories to a wider audience.
Curriculum Team
Work on developing beginner-level AI slides, videos, and guides. These will be used by our team to teach students worldwide.
Recruiting Team
Help us grow by reaching out to high schools, educators, and student clubs around the world. You’ll invite new schools to host Art of AI sessions.
All roles are remote and flexible, and you’ll receive full support from our team. Volunteers can earn service hours, PVSA-eligible credits, and recommendation letters.
Learn more/apply to these roles either by visiting our website (artofai.org) or by directly filling out this volunteer form: https://bit.ly/401AKym

Description
Art of AI is an established nonprofit organization led entirely by students. We've reached hundreds of students in underserved regions across 9 countries in North America, Asia, and Africa. Our team has led engaging, beginner-friendly AI workshops in local schools and online, and we’ve even shared our work with PhD researchers and at the Consortium of African Health Researchers.
We believe every student deserves the chance to learn about AI, no matter their background. That’s why we focus on making AI simple, fun, and approachable-through student-led sessions, short videos, slides, and interactive projects. We support volunteers with training, resources, and a collaborative environment where anyone can take the lead.
Whether you're looking to improve your skills, make an impact, or explore AI with a global team, Art of AI is a great place to start. Learn more or sign up at artofai.org/get-involved/
