Description
Blue Mountain Clinic provides a wide range of essential primary healthcare services for the whole family and for all individuals at every stage of life, from newborns to elders. We are honored to care for you and your family as your lives and healthcare needs change. We offer appointments via telehealth and in-person visits, and have an on-site lab for blood testing.
