Step Right Up: Volunteer at Our Annual Summer Carnival!
Join us at Byron Health Center for one of our biggest, most exciting events of the year-our Annual Summer Carnival! Help us bring the fun to life by signing up for one (or more!) of our volunteer shifts. This is a great opportunity to connect with residents, spread joy, and soak up the summer spirit.
Shift Options:
12:30 PM - Set-Up Crew
Help us build game stations, organize prizes, and get everything in tip-top shape before the fun begins! Perfect for hands-on helpers and behind-the-scenes pros.
2:00-4:00 PM - Game Time!
This is when the magic happens! You’ll:
Host or assist with a game station (like Plinko, ring toss, darts, or putt putt)
Help residents move from station to station
Encourage participation and help residents play
Keep the energy fun and upbeat!
4:00-5:00 PM - Clean-Up Crew
Wrap up the day by helping us pack away supplies, tidy up the space, and make sure everything’s put back in its place.
Games Include: Plinko * Lottery Game * Darts * Putt Putt * Ring Toss * Horseshoes * Newspaper Racing * Pick a Lolli * Face Painting * and More!
Whether you're a social butterfly or a behind-the-scenes helper, we have a spot for you. Come be part of a day full of smiles, sunshine, and summer magic!
Although rare, all activities are subject to change at any moment. If you signed up for a shift that we need to change, we will inform you immediately.

Byron Wellness Community is a non-profit organization providing compassionate care for individuals with complex medical, psychiatric, or developmental conditions.
