• Research corporate sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
• Analyze successful funding strategies from similar organizations.
• Support crowdfunding and online fundraising campaigns.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in grant writing, fundraising, or development preferred
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written communication abilities (spanish is a plus)
• Understanding of donor psychology and fundraising principles
• Familiarity with international funding landscape
• Passion for LGBTQ+ rights and social justice
