Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify international grants, foundations, and funding opportunities.
- Develop grant proposals and funding applications tailored to different donors.
- Create compelling donor communications and case statements.
- Maintain donor database and track funding deadlines.
- Research corporate sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
- Analyze successful funding strategies from similar organizations.
- Support crowdfunding and online fundraising campaigns.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in grant writing, fundraising, or development preferred
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written communication abilities (spanish is a plus)
- Understanding of donor psychology and fundraising principles
- Familiarity with international funding landscape
- Passion for LGBTQ+ rights and social justice
