What You'll Do:
- Conduct in-depth interviews with leading academics, researchers, activists, and scientific communicators
- Research and analyze evidence-based literature on LGBTQ+ topics
- Document expert testimonies that counter harmful stereotypes and misinformation
- Contribute to a scientific database that supports evidence-based advocacy
- Collaborate with an international team of researchers and advocates
Ideal Candidate:
- Background in Psychology, Sociology, Gender Studies, Human Rights, or related fields
- Excellent interviewing and research skills
- Commitment to LGBTQ+ rights and social justice
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with qualitative research methods preferred
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
