Are you 18-29 years old and a US Resident? Would you like to spend a week in Yosemite National Park volunteering on important trail projects?
ConservationVIP’s scholarship program provides funding support to make our volunteer trips accessible to young adults interested in the field of conservation. Do you love the outdoors? Are you passionate about protecting the environment and want to make a positive impact? Do you want to build your skills and strengthen your knowledge about conservation? Would you like to participate with other trip members on a ConservationVIP volunteer trip and have your trip fees covered? If so, you may be eligible to apply for ConservationVIP’s Scholarship Program.
Two enthusiastic young adults, aged 18-29, will earn the opportunity to experience Yosemite National Park as a conservation volunteer. Each scholarship recipient will be awarded one space on ConservationVIP’s September 7 - 13, 2025 Yosemite Volunteer Trip (a $1,095 value). The scholarship winners will spend a week in Yosemite National Park with other volunteers, trip leaders, and park staff helping to maintain trails.
This isn’t just a trip, it is a launchpad to your next chapter. Our Public Lands need all the support they can get. We hope these scholarships help inspire the next generation to care for our Public Lands.

Mission Statement
Conservation Volunteers International Program is an environmental nonprofit dedicated to helping sustain some of the world's greatest landscapes, cultural heritage sites and biodiversity. We accomplish our mission by organizing volunteer travel to extraordinary destinations where our trip participants volunteer on environmental conservation projects.
Description
ConservationVIP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We began our volunteer work in 2007 with one volunteer trip which helped one of the world's most amazing environments - Torres del Paine National Park in Patagonia, Chile. Since then, thanks to the support of many volunteers, we have expanded to support ten destinations with extraordinary environmental, cultural, or biodiversity importance, including Machu Picchu in Peru, the Galapagos Islands, and Costa Rica.
Under our stewardship, more than 1,800 volunteers have contributed over 68,000 volunteer hours to protect public lands. By matching the enthusiasm of people who like to travel, with opportunities to help the places they want to visit, we have created a community of volunteers who have truly helped the places they love.
