Description:
Be a key player in building Puentexas' first-ever national mentorship program! Help recruit mentors, support onboarding, and match them with mentees to foster life-changing relationships.
Responsibilities:
Recruit and screen prospective mentors
Design mentor onboarding and engagement processes
Support communications with matched mentor/mentee pairs
Ideal for: Organized leaders, educators, or aspiring counselors
Time Commitment: 4-6 hrs/week | Remote | Flexible
