Our amazing preschoolers are wrapping up their time in the Early Education Center and getting ready to head off to Kindergarten. We’d love your help making their graduation extra special!
Gown Steaming: July 21 to July 25
We have about 60 gowns that need steaming before graduation. If you have a steamer and some time to help, we’d really appreciate it. You can come on your own or with a friend. Just a heads-up, we don’t have steamers at the center, so we ask that you please bring your own!
Graduation Decorating: August 1, 12:30 to 2:30 PM
On the day of the ceremony, we’ll need a few volunteers to help decorate the space. We’ll have all the supplies ready when you arrive. We just need help blowing up balloons, hanging decorations, and setting up backdrops. We’re looking for about five volunteers to help us set up.
Thank you for helping us celebrate this big milestone for our graduates. Your support makes this moment even more meaningful for our kids and their families.

Neighborhood House is a nonprofit in Salt Lake City providing daycare and support services for families. We provide naeyc accredited preschool, before/after school programs, summer programs, and adult day care for aging and disabled adults. We offer high quality services on a sliding-fee scale, making our rates affordable for the low-income families in our community.
As a nonprofit, we rely on volunteers like you to help us continue our 130 year legacy of providing a caring and supportive environment for our children and adult clients.
