Your Role & Responsibilities

Community Event Planning:

- Assist in planning fundraising galas, awareness walks, and community festivals

- Coordinate volunteer appreciation events and donor recognition ceremonies

- Manage logistics for educational workshops and training sessions

- Support virtual fundraising events and online awareness campaigns

Mission-Driven Marketing:

- Develop event marketing campaigns that highlight our cause and impact

- Create compelling promotional materials featuring client stories and program outcomes

- Manage event registration and donor/volunteer communications

- Execute social media strategies to maximize community engagement and participation

Stakeholder & Community Relations:

- Research and coordinate with local businesses, sponsors, and community partners

- Maintain relationships with venues willing to support nonprofit events

- Liaise with volunteers, board members, and program participants

- Handle vendor coordination while maximizing donated services and budget efficiency

Impact Measurement & Stewardship:

- Track fundraising goals, attendance, and community engagement metrics

- Conduct post-event surveys focusing on mission impact and participant experience

- Create comprehensive reports for board members, donors, and grant funders

- Document event success stories and testimonials for future fundraising
