  • Change Management Support

    • Provide expertise on major transitions-new systems, process improvements, growth milestones-ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment.

  • DEI & Belonging

    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by reviewing policies and practices, and by supporting affinity-group formation.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Required:

    • 1+ years in senior People/HR leadership, with track record in strategy, change management, and culture building.

    • Exceptional communication and executive-coaching abilities.

    • Demonstrated commitment to DEI and inclusive leadership.
