Volunteering as a Garden Greeter or Docent at the Santa Fe Botanical Garden is a delightful way to connect with people and share the magic of the Garden! As a Garden Greeter, you’re the warm, welcoming face guests see first answering questions, offering maps, and helping visitors feel right at home in this beautiful space. If you love storytelling and nature, becoming a Docent is a chance to lead 45-minute guided tours through the Garden, introducing guests to native and adapted plants, the rich history of the Garden, the high desert ecosystem, and our amazing pollinators. Training is provided, and each tour is a chance to inspire curiosity and deepen appreciation for the natural world. Whether you're greeting or guiding, you’ll help make every visit memorable!
