Description
History & Background
Founded with a commitment to supporting mental health, Carmel's Depression & Anxiety Wellness Foundation (CDAWF) began as a small initiative to offer resources and support to those struggling with depression and anxiety. Over time, our dedication has grown into a structured foundation offering impactful programs and resources in our local community.
Our Goals
At CDAWF, our primary goal is to be a reliable source of support, education, and empowerment for individuals facing depression and anxiety. We aim to expand our reach within the community, working with local libraries, schools, and community organizations to ensure these critical resources are accessible to everyone who needs them. By creating a supportive environment, we hope to reduce the stigma around mental health and equip people with practical tools and resources.
