About Hero To A Child

Location:

4500 140th Ave N, Suite 118, Clearwater, FL 33762, US

Mission Statement

To empower, uplift, and support children and young adults impacted by abuse and neglect to realize a brighter future

Description

Hero To A Child, Inc. was founded in 1989, by a group of like-minded citizens with the desire to provide holiday cheer (meals and toys) to children and families in need. Since then, the mission of the organization has grown to provide a sharper focus on children and youth in the child welfare system here in Pinellas and Pasco Counties.

We believe that every child in care deserves to have a service leader who is dedicated to their well-being. By fostering strong relationships and collaboration, we make sure that each child receives the individualized attention and support they deserve. Through our experienced team, diverse resources, and strong sense of community, Hero To A Child aims to create an environment where children feel safe, supported, and ready to conquer whatever challenges come their way.
