Lee Lee Kiddz is expanding and we're looking for passionate, energetic, and dependable individuals to support our youth sports events! Join us in empowering youth through sports, mentorship, and community engagement with elementary, middle , and High school players.
Current Volunteer Roles Available:
Coaches (Flag Football, Soccer, Cheerleading, etc.)
Help guide and develop young athletes with a focus on skill-building, teamwork, and sportsmanship. No prior coaching experience required-training provided!Field Managers
Assist with set-up and break-down, field organization, and ensuring games run smoothly. Ideal for those with great organizational skills and leadership qualities.Referees
Keep the games fair and fun! Referees will help enforce rules, promote safety, and keep play on schedule. We’ll train you on game rules and protocols.Media Team (Photo/Video)
Capture highlight moments of youth in action. Great opportunity for students, creatives, or anyone looking to build a portfolio in sports media.

- Launched Maryland’s first middle-school girls’ flag football league, breaking new ground in youth sports . Supported the community with school supplies, donated backpacks to Johnston Square Elementary, and provided Thanksgiving turkeys and toys during holiday giving initiatives Distributed sports equipment to local youth at Johnston Square Elementary and the McKim Center to encourage active participation Recognized with the prestigious UMB Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. 2025 Community Champion of Equity and Justice Award for their outstanding contributions
