Help Build the Future of Ethical, Climate-Smart Agriculture
AgriCharity is a digital platform connecting regenerative farmers to global buyers through blockchain, AI, and IoT-powered tools. We're seeking a skilled Volunteer Platform Lead to guide the technical buildout of our platform-designed to increase farmer income, enable climate credit generation, and drive traceable ethical trade.
What You’ll Do:
Design & Architecture: Lead the design of a secure, scalable platform using AWS (S3, DynamoDB, IoT Core, SageMaker, etc.).
System Integration: Oversee how blockchain, AI/ML, and solar-powered IoT devices come together for verified harvests.
Team Guidance: Support volunteer developers, make key tech stack decisions, and coordinate implementation efforts.
Security & Scale: Ensure best practices in cloud security, data traceability, and platform scalability.
Ideal Experience:
Strong background in full-stack development, cloud infrastructure (esp. AWS), or system architecture.
Passion for ethical tech, agriculture, or climate innovation.
Experience leading or advising early-stage tech builds (startup or nonprofit a plus).
Time Commitment:
10 hours/week minimum. Remote. Flexible schedule.
