About the Role:
Join AgriCharity, a global initiative by OneSynergee, as a Senior Platform Advisor. In this high-level volunteer role, you’ll offer strategic guidance and technical mentorship to help shape a climate-smart digital platform that empowers farmers across the Global South. Your expertise will support system architecture, ethical tech use, and capacity-building for a volunteer-led team.
What You'll Do:
Provide input on cloud, blockchain, AI/ML, and IoT architecture
Help assess technical risks and recommend solutions
Mentor volunteer engineers and guide best practices
Advise on emerging technologies that align with our mission
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years in software, cloud, or data systems
Strong background in system architecture, AWS, or blockchain
Passion for ethical tech, sustainability, or social impact
Ability to guide and empower volunteer teams

OneSynergee is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit advancing community-based sustainability solutions across the Global South. Our volunteers work in cross-functional teams to support programs related to local resilience. Our process is simple: after signing up through VolunteerMatch, you’ll receive a link to our WhatsApp community. From there, you’ll be welcomed by our onboarding team, who will help set up your volunteer email and introduce you to a team lead based on your interests and skills.
