- Keep track of new registrations from the student registration form
- and send out personalized email with meeting link with student name in subject line to each parent’s email submitted
- Sit in on introductory meetings take notes on interests of students, what subjects and grade level tutoring is needed in, and any other important info
- Tracks sign ups for intro meetings and ensures a reminder email is schedule sent the morning of their introductory meeting
- Check in with both parents/students and tutor routinely
- Answering parent's questions
- Assist Student Services Lead with any tasks
- Intern coordinates with tutor registration and tracks session reports
- Coordinate with parents who want to rejoin or be re-paired
- Must be in highschool (9th-12th grade and around 14~17 years old)

Mission Statement
As students we understand that schooling from home can be challenging and at times confusing, therefore we wanted to provide an outlet for children to interact with tutors and other students by providing engaging activities and educational projects. We primarily developed our nonprofit as a way to help children learn, explore their interests, and gain knowledge during the closure of schools & summer programs by offering free tutoring and mentoring. Our goal was to develop a responsive platform for younger students to receive guidance from high schoolers and collaborate with their peers as they navigated through the new mediums of virtual learning. With our ample, diverse background experience in tutoring and teaching, we can effectively establish a connection with your child to ensure they gain the most from our lessons.
Description
We are a high school run organization that provides free virtual tutoring services for students in the grades K-8 internationally. We also offer volunteer hours for students looking to conduct tutoring sessions with a student.
