Are you passionate about helping others and supporting veterans and their families? We’re looking for a dedicated Volunteer Customer Service & Participant Support team member to assist with program inquiries, paperwork, and participant coordination for our equine-assisted services.

This role is remote and open to individuals living in the US in Wisconsin, Minnesota, or Michigan.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to general inquiries from potential participants via phone or email
• Guide participants through paperwork and registration
• Provide basic case management and help coordinate transportation and logistics
• Offer friendly and compassionate support to ensure a smooth participant experience
• Collaborate with our team during events or prep periods

Time Commitment:

• 5-10 hours/week, depending on upcoming programs or participant needs
• Flexible schedule with some availability during weekdays preferred

What We're Looking For:

• Based in WI, MN, or MI
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable speaking with participants from diverse backgrounds
• Able to work independently from home
• Compassionate, reliable, and responsive
• Familiarity with veteran communities is a plus
• Veterans are especially encouraged to apply

Bonus:

This is a volunteer position to start however, as grant funding allows, this could evolve into a paid opportunity in the future.
