Volunteer at Girl Scout Fest! This annual event highlights what Girl Scouts is all about: Trying new things, being your best self, and making the world a better place. Volunteers at this event will help create a memorable experience for 2,000+ attendees! Multiple roles and shifts are available. Volunteer Roles*
- Friday pre-event set up (9/26, 11am - 3pm)
- Door Greeter
- Registration Table
- Outdoor Activity Helper
- Indoor Activity Helper
- First Aider (Certification required)
*Except for role #1, all roles have morning and afternoon shift options on Saturday 9/27/25: 8:30am - 12pm and 11:30am - 2:30pm. You may sign up for two shifts if you like, even though they overlap. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Girl Scouts of West Central Florida serves close to 19,500 girls in 8 counties: Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Polk, Marion, Citrus, Sumter, & Hernando. Volunteers use their expertise, skills, interests, and life experience to shape fun and enriching leadership experiences for girls, and inspire them to reach their personal best. Volunteers help council staff facilitate the New Girl Scout Leadership Experience to girls through exciting program opportunities: leadership/self-esteem, financial literacy, travel, health/wellness, science, technology, engineering, and math.

- We will be holding a virtual information meeting for all Girl Scout Fest volunteers on 9/23/25 at 6:30pm. Please look for the meeting link and password in your confirmation email. A recording will also be emailed to all volunteers.
