Seeking a Salesforce expert who understands the ins and outs of Salesforce to advise on using our instance most efficiently.

We have been working on creating truly affordable housing. Our current project is a tiny house build in Massachusetts where off-grid houses are being allowed by building departments. The project is estimated to be completed for under $50,000 to house a single individual.

We would love to project manage from Salesforce and keep everything in one place.

Mission Statement

Care Association plans, develops, and implements innovative strategies to alleviate economic burdens on lower- and middle-income households. We serve households in the United States that pay more than 30% of their gross income on housing or are transient because of lack of affordable housing. With the Care For Us web platform, we aim first to establish connections between households that are unable to compete in inflated real estate markets and homeowners who prefer to offer housing on their own terms. Secondly, we aim to connect and offer goods and services to those in need. Thirdly, we curate information and provide links to resources to inspire and enrich users’ experience.

Description

Care Association is focused on alleviating the economic burdens of low- and middle-income households by creating truly affordable housing. We are currently (in 2025) in the development process of a tiny house in Berkshire County, MA, where the building department offers progressive permit fees and allows off-grid designs.
