GTE Academy, a private Christian school and elite youth athletic program under the Moknowledge Youth Foundation (501c3), is seeking a volunteer grant writer to help us secure funding that supports our mission. This includes scholarships for I-20 international student-athletes, program expansion, curriculum development, and facility growth.
This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven team working to uplift the next generation through faith, education, and sports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify relevant grants and funding opportunities (foundation, corporate, and government)
- Draft compelling proposals, LOIs, and reports tailored to funders
- Collaborate with leadership to align funding goals with programming
- Track submissions, deadlines, and reporting requirements
- Assist in developing a grant calendar and funding strategy

GTE Academy, operated under the nonprofit Moknowledge Youth Foundation, is a private Christian school and athletic development program committed to holistic youth empowerment. We provide a values-driven academic curriculum, athletic training, and mentorship to middle and high school students-including international student-athletes-who seek a nurturing environment that prepares them for college and life beyond.
Our programs are designed to cultivate excellence on and off the court or field. We believe in the power of stewardship, servant leadership, and education to transform lives. Through strategic partnerships, passionate coaches, and community support, we are building a sustainable model to uplift the next generation of world changers.
