Join Heartland Hospice as a Tuck-In Call Volunteer!
Our Tuck-In Call Volunteers support the hospice team by calling patients/families to ensure they have the necessary supplies prior to the weekend. Volunteers will make phone calls, complete documents, and relay the gathered information to the designated staff member.
This opportunity is completed at our office weekly on Thursday morning, flexible scheduling is available during office hours! Contact the Volunteer Coordinator with any questions at fallon.lamprakes@heartlandhospice.com

Description
Heartland Hospice provides care to patients wherever they call home: in the house they've lived in for years, a skilled nursing center, an assisted living facility or independent living facility. Every patient is different, with different challenges, different needs, different family and friends, so the care we give each patient is different.
Heartland volunteers offer support, companionship and practical, compassionate help. Some interact directly with patients and families, while others prefer to work behind the scenes in the office setting. Flexible scheduling is available!
