BluShues Inc. (pronounced "blue shoes") is a Christian 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry dedicated to spreading the Gospel by providing free Bibles across the United States and internationally.

We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a key part of our communications strategy, you will manage, grow, and engage BluShues Inc.’s online community across various platforms. You’ll work closely with leadership and other departments to craft meaningful content that reflects our mission and values.

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy

• Create and schedule engaging, on-brand content (graphics, captions, reels, etc.) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn

• Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and foster community engagement

• Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports

• Collaborate with other teams to promote events, campaigns, and volunteer opportunities

• Stay up to date with social media trends and recommend best practices

• Ensure content aligns with BluShues' mission, voice, and Christian values

• Experience or strong interest in social media management or digital marketing

• Excellent written communication and design skills

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• A heart for service and alignment with BluShues’ faith-driven mission

• College recommendation letter upon successful completion
