With nearly a century of service to Seattle’s senior community, Foss is now entering a bold new chapter. Having recently transitioned operations to a trusted care provider, the Board’s focus is on envisioning and shaping a new, mission-aligned senior living community that reflects innovation, compassion, and dignity.

Who We’re Looking For:

We welcome candidates from all professional backgrounds, especially those with experience in healthcare, senior services, real estate, nonprofit governance, finance, law, or community engagement. Most importantly, we seek individuals who care deeply about the well-being of older adults and want to help shape the future of senior living.

Commitment:

You should expect to attend four board meetings annually, along with an annual retreat and occasional special events.
