Are you passionate about creating impact and supporting inclusive youth programs? AbleYouth Alliance is looking for up to two committed, driven individuals to serve as Fundraising Directors on our leadership team.
This is not just a title - it’s a hands-on, leadership-focused position for those ready to take initiative, think creatively, and follow through with real action.
What You’ll Do:
Plan and lead fundraising campaigns, donation drives, and sponsor outreach
Collaborate with the Events team to bring engaging ideas to life
Help set and reach financial goals that support AYA’s mission
Contribute actively to team meetings and project planning
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Reliability and follow-through - we’re seeking individuals who will actively participate and stay engaged
Creative ideas for fundraising and the confidence to bring them to life
A passion for advocacy, youth empowerment, and inclusion
Important Note:
This is an active leadership role, not just a resume title. We’re seeking applicants who can dedicate time each month to help lead fundraising efforts and work closely with the team. All leadership positions begin with a short trial period to ensure a good mutual fit.

By engaging in teams and volunteer opportunities, we allow youths to empower many pediatric disability patients throughout the world. We hope to implement resources for those in need as a way of support and relief to the community. There are so many numbers of kids with disabilities that get treated with contrasting looks and voices from others. Help us give them a better childhood by taking a stand.

From the beginning of ABleYouth Alliance, our team has been considering all aspects of how to engage volunteers and host donation drives in areas. Through leadership and countless efforts to bring help to children with disabilities, each step we take can make a difference in individuals' lives.
