Capital Area Crime Stoppers (CACS) is seeking dedicated and community-minded individuals to join our Board of Directors. We are a nonprofit organization that supports law enforcement by providing an anonymous tip line and offering cash rewards for information that helps solve crimes in Travis County and surrounding areas.

As a board member, you'll help guide our mission to reduce crime and enhance public safety through citizen involvement. This is an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact in your community.

To assist area law enforcement agencies in the fight against crime in the City of Austin and Travis County.

Description

Capital Area Crime Stoppers is a grassroots community action program involving citizens, media, and law enforcement - all working together to solve serious felony crimes. It encourgaes citizen involvment in making our community a safer place to work and live. We provide a 24 hour hotline number where citizens can anonymously report illegal activity and perhaps become elligible for a cash reward.
