Join a Bioblitz - a group scavenger hunt to identify plants, birds, pollinators, and other forms of life - around Downing Park! Observations will contribute to the growing database of Newburgh’s biodiversity (the variety of plants and animals) using parks and other green spaces across the city. Attending this training will also prepare you for multiple opportunities to engage in the Defining Urban Biodiversity study in Kingston, Newburgh, and Poughkeepsie over the next three years.
